SRX23765150: Ilumina sequencing of Serratia marcescens after evolving for ~400 generation with Pseudomonas Fluroescens
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 2000) run: 3.8M spots, 1.1G bases, 368.8Mb downloads

Design: Genomic DNA was extracted from each sample with the Bacterial Genomic DNA Kit (NORGEN Biotek, #17900) according to the manufacturers instructions. The libraries for Illumina sequencing were constructed according to standard protocols using the Illumina DNA prep kit and IDT 10 bp UDI indices sequencing facility at SEQCENTER. The samples were sequenced on an Illumina NextSeq 2000. Demultiplexing, quality control, and adapter trimming were performed by the sequencing center with bcl-convert.

Study: Evolution in microbial microcosms is highly parallel regardless of the presence of interacting species
